Q: Do you staff the events?

A: Yes. We can staff any occasion to suit your needs, whether with our talented bartenders, attentive wait staff, exceptional on-site cooks, or detail-oriented event planners.

Q: Will you work with me to put together the right menu within my budget?

A: Yes! All the time, big or small - we're here to make your occasion the very best it can be.

Q: What kinds of ingredients do you put in your foods?

A: We make everything fresh daily using only the freshest herbs and spices.

Q: Do you offer low-fat alternatives?

A: Yes. We seamlessly accommodate all types of menu and nutritional requests whether because of choice, food allergies, or particular diet restrictions. We will work with you to define those selections.

Q: Do you offer taste-tests that I can sample before purchasing?

A: We offer taste tests after a more general contract is signed, but before specific menu items actually are chosen.

Q: Do you make wedding cakes?

A: Yes. Our baker is absolutely tremendous!

Q: How do you have relationships with vendors like photographers?

A: We wouldn't be in business - or so great at what we do - if we didn't establish great, loyal relationships with the best equipment and service planners in the greater Washington, DC., area. We are proud of our business relationships that help to ensure your occasion has all of the bases covered.

Q: Will you do set-up?

A: Absolutely! We'll discuss the necessities of set-up with you and can perform this service as requested.

Q: Do I have to pay for the cutlery or basic table linens?

A: Yes. We have reasonable fees associated with renting the cutlery and table linens.

Q: Do you bring tables?

A: Yes. We rent them from our vendors.

Q: What time will you arrive to drop off the food and then return to pick it up?

A: We will discuss times with you before the occasion, but normally we arrive about an hour early and return for pick-up an hour after the event is scheduled to conclude.

Q: What happens if you're late?

A: Luckily, this almost never happens. In the unlikely circumstance that it occurs, we will offer a credit.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation if I order services over the phone?

A: You bet. We always confirm by telephone within one business day that we've received your order and are confirmed to make your event a memorable one!
